Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping

We ship within the European Union. Standard shipping is free and typically takes 2–4 working days. Express delivery (next working day) is €9.90 — order before 17:00 CET.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You receive a confirmation email when your order ships; where available it includes a tracking link.

2. Returns — 14 days

You may return your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving it (your EU right of withdrawal).

Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, sealed products can only be returned unopened.

3. How to return

Email hola@volley.example within the return period, stating your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Unless the item is faulty, the direct cost of the return shipment is borne by you.

4. Refunds

We refund the full amount including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us or you provide proof of return shipment.

5. Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at hola@volley.example — the EU two-year legal guarantee of conformity applies, independent of the return window above.
