1. Controller

2. Data we process

Order and account data: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), order history. Payment data is processed directly by our payment providers; we never see or store full card details.

Technical data: information strictly necessary to operate the site (see our Cookie Policy), and, only with your consent, analytics data.

3. Purposes and legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

Fulfilling your order and providing customer service — performance of a contract. Retaining invoices and transaction records — legal obligation (tax and commercial law). Fraud prevention and securing the site — legitimate interest. Analytics and marketing — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients

We share data only where needed to run the Store: payment service providers, shipping carriers, our hosting and email providers. All processors are bound by data processing agreements. We never sell your personal data.

5. Retention

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as commercial and tax law requires (typically 6–10 years depending on the country). Other data is deleted when no longer needed for the purposes above.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive (data portability) your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
